The focus of this live, 180-minute webinar is to guide school and district leaders in designing a system that supports effective literacy instruction. Implementation research indicates that school or district level programs are more successfully sustained when certain factors are in place. An effective reading system is one that coherently integrates several factors, including the below elements. Each of the topics below will be included in one live webinar to address the design of structures to support a system of high-quality literacy instruction.
